When I found yoga, I found mind, body, spirit. But I was still missing something.
I was relieved to learn I am not only what I think and what I do — but a soul having a human experience.
And then there were my big feelings. They'd show up in savasana, or on the drive home after a touching class — guilt, sadness, anger I had no idea what to do with. Memories of childhood. An impossible-to-understand breakup. Financial struggle. I could melt down and it would pull from all of it at once.
On my search for healing, I found Conscious Feelings Work — a body of work that offers maps, distinctions, and real solutions for navigating your emotional world. Which, it turns out, is actually the compass for all the other bodies.
